And i have to say, i proud of it, it sounds pretty darn good. I am not a huge fan of all the songs on it, but they sound nice at any rate.

What else is new? we are playing a fuck load of gigs, it is ridiculous. But, that is ok, since we don;t suck and it just gets our names out there more and more.

also, i think i have a guest slot on lad guitar with the mystery system some time this month, we'll see how that pans out though...hopefully awesomely and my leads will be so searing people will be able to cook steaks on my amp's grill.

We are playing in cape breton on the 25th! that is gonna be great, we are so stoked, it will be our first time off island, and I am sure we are going to knock some socks off!

Or at least party our brains out some place different!

Then we have to be back on the island that night for a show at brennan's, that will be fun.

I had a great time at the battle of the bands I judged, holy crap, are chara ever good. everyone should go see them and give them your precious dollars. Needless to say they won, with ares reign coming in second and a band called crimson clover in third. All solid acts, I was so impressed, I was nowhere near that good when i was 17!

Wow, this weekend was incredible!

Well...Friday was kind of lame.

Well, it was really lame actually!

We went over to these people's house, and they ended up being complete idiots and the girls were fighting with other girls in the parking lot, and it was ridiculous, so I left.

But man oh man, Saturday was a humdinger!

They don't call us the midnight drunk supply for nothing! Our bar tab ended up being more then what the bar payed us, and that is friggin great as far as I am concerned....especially since I am pretty sure half the tab was my fault.

There is even some video online, but, it is down right now, I will re-host it once I can!

I am pretty sure it is tom and i arm wretling and yelling, but we'll see.

Did we ever get two good songs worked on last night!

One of which we will be unveiling on Saturday night...the other one is still top secret and can;t be revealed yet.

It was a great practice...and my drums are almost payed off!!! HURRAY!!!!!!!

I will finally be able to practice again!

Band practice day, hoorah!

That will be fun, we will be getting a snappy set lined up for the 29th at baba's, we are with annapilla, double ought buckshot and pat deighan and the orb weavers, it is going to be a wicked halloween bash.

I took another crack at redeemer saviour friend last night, and I am glad I did, it is sounding great!

Well, I need to redo the bass, and the vocals are still on deck, but, it is sounding sweet so far.

Ugggg, did I ever botch the song I was doing last night!

It was depressing, I had like 4 tracks down, and scrapped them all....my bass track was to dynamic, and neither of my rythm tracks had satisfactory tone.

I will take another crack at it tonight though, because I think it is goign to be a good one once it is finished.

I think the worst part of the entire recording thing right now, is that my headphone cables are to short, and I always get them caught on thingsm then I start swearing.

I want to go see the Doom movie, like right now. I think it is going to be incredible, and I think I am going to force christina to come to. I also think I am going to make her pay for it with her credit card.

That will be nice.

I actually really like the new My Chemical Romance CD, I had always assumed I hated them because emo fags liked them, but turns out I like them quite a bit. Who knew?

Jeepers creepers, I had a great time on friday. Got absolutely rip roaring wrecked and went down to brennan's to see the mystery system. They were lovely as always, with their electric funk funking up the electrics.

To bad they were playing with dj's though...man, i don't like going to see djs. I just can;t get into it.

Ended up jamming with a guy with a fiddle till like 5 in the morning, it was awesome, his name is gordie, and I used to play wbass in a group with him. It was a ton of fu to kick out the acoustic jams avec him.

Finished recording the last song for our demo on saturday, it sounds pretty not to bad, hopefully we can start selling the damn thing soon.

Sunday was a day of chicken dinner and bed, not very exciting at all. Well, I ate alot of cheescake, and broke the high speed internet, but that is it.

The vocals sound terrible, I have the worst enviroment ever for doing vocals in my room, the ceiling has a huge peak in it, and it al just sounds terrible. So, i think tonight I am goign to try moving it around to different rooms in the house and seeing if I can't find one that sounds better.

Practice for church tonight......man, it has been along time since I have played at church, like 2 months, then I am back out to belfast to do the last song for our full length demo...that should go smoothly...I am hoping.

Hmmm...should I go out drinking tonight? Tomorrow night? Should I stay home and shower christina with gifts?
